Well a new car would be nice (have happy memories of test-driving a WRX STi-RA), but more realistically it'll be a new set of shocks, and hoping that my computer lasts long enough for me to wait until the after-christmas sales to upgrade.

Great stuff, was going to replace the shocks on my old subi before it went, was VERY bouncy and almost unsafe to drive. Was a common thing to fix on the subi's after x amount of miles.

Yeah the video iPod and 350D are both on my WISH list however won't be under anyone's tree for me. Had my Xmas present earlier this year (BMW Driver Training day) and got a new Titleist driver as well. Was going to get prescription sunglasses from mum but they are a pain in the arse to organise so its just money from her now! But all I really, REALLY want is a decent golf swing back... its gone walkies! Anyone seen it?

Yep. It's in the long rough, under the trees next to the Ladies Tee . . .

mines just ticked over 165,000km so i'm guessing its about time it got a new cambelt and (heavier duty) clutch at the start of this year, around 160,000km seems an expensive time for older cars. the plan is for it to last me the next 2 years until I finish uni though, so worth spending the money I think.

I bought a Sony F828 2yrs ago as a treat to myself and used it for our own wedding this yr in Raro, the pics were incredible. There are so many nice cameras to choose from nowdays. Also scored mine off good ol trademe. The one I really wanted was in Panavision? down in Freemans Bay Auckland, but was in the 13K mark....I dont think so!

Cripes they are expensive. I know yrs ago when the Formosa one opened, it used to 35K+ to join and an extra fee each yr for other stuff. Has this since changed...? I was told that Gulf Harbour was huge money to join there too. Geez

It is a bit pricey. However if you own land on certain parts of Marina Hill there are discounts . . .

OK OK OK. But I'm now getting a house . . . with a driveway . . . both of which were designed before I got the Westie . . .

And you guessed it . . .

I can't get the Westie down the driveway or into the garage

Do you think I could just leave it parked on the side of the road ?

Wont you have to drill holes in the bottom to let the water out? Other option is to pray for a geothermal event so you can start from scratch.
