Me again

Top day out at Manfield. Thanks Ffirg 005 for putting the pics up! You were welcome for the drive, and more than paid me back later when we had trailer trouble (Big trailer, small steep road. Not good). Nice driving BTW, felt smooth and in control which is a good achievement when you had never driven the 7 before.
Next booking is for Chelle's trackday on the 11th Aug. Anyone know of any other good events before then?? maybe Taupo would be fun.

Temporarily returning to the topic of weather . . .

Forget 40 days & 40 nights; it has now rained in Auckland for 71,853 consecutive days.

iain a there are 2 trackdays coming up at Taupo in the next week.... one on the FULL international circuit on Thursday that KiwiLE and I are going to and another one that Chelles is running on QB Monday on the existing short track (I'm going to flag marshall for this one). Pretty sure they're all booked up though... if you'd asked this question last week I'd have been able to get you on either

Oh and on the rain thing, Auckland has only had 3 days in over a month and a half where it hasn't rained and we're currently running at about twice the average monthly rainfall for the last two months running.... so it's not just you Graham... it actually IS bloody wet. My mitsubishi has been smelling like wet carpet for 2 months now.

Serves you all right for living in Auckland doesn't it! Its been not too bad down here (makes a nice change)

though I must admit we are starting to get close to winter so it is cooling down a bit, had a couple days this week with the car still covered in ice at 9 in the morning...

They usually only post CLNZ events, but I cant see why they cant post up more Jaguar club type events, considering the Lotus people turnout.
