p.s How come you haven't got Battlestar Galactica (the new series) on your fav TV programs???
Too sci-fi for me.
Yeah a PH Otago/SI meets sounds great.
There's a few straight roads on the Taieri Plains but they can be quite bumpy, especially in an Elise i would think. Three Mile Hill (alternative road to Dunedin from Mosgiel) is a really good set of corners in the dry and when it isn't icy or anything - experienced some pretty good G-forces around a couple of corners there in my car one day that i'll probably only try to beat on a racetrack! Could have gone quicker too as the tires weren't even screeching or anything as far as i can remember.
I'm probably the only turbo Skyline owner in the country who has only been pulled over by the Police twice ever (once for a compulsuary breath test which everyone on the road had to do, and the other time because one of my front lights was out) and who has a 100% clean Police record, no demerits, no speeding tickets, not even any parking tickets! I usually sit on, or below, 100 km/h when driving unless i'm passing a car where i do so as quickly as possible.
I'll keep 'showing off' those stats above until i get fined or something, and as i don't intend on getting fined or anything...

I sometimes struggle with the speed limits – like most of the time Getting many scamera fines each year is normal for me and hasn’t taught me anything. Driving around small narrow streets and narrow winding roads, I find well you wouldn’t want to go over the limit anyway. But for long wide roads I struggle and find that when I am stuck behind someone just sitting on the limit (doing the right thing) I feel on edge and hovering over the horn. I don’t know why I do this as its really bad driving but my whole family is like me and am sure I am not the only one who drives like this. Have you seen those American Hotrod signs where they say,”I can’t drive 55 officer” Being in the Audi is bad enough, but when I am in the Lotus I have my own law The husband said I need to be fined $2k before I listen.
