Some lovely cars, old and new, good mix.
Couldn't believe how many people turned out to watch.
A blue P1 ran through just after the parade.
Prob the bloke that lives around the corner!

Pretty good range of cars there: F40 & F50 plus 4 or 5 LaF's, F12's etc.

Tidy Dino and a couple of '60's GT's.

Yes, it was that car.

The size of the modern cars was what struck me. The 355's, 348' and the F40 looked small compared to the 488's etc.
The Dino looked tiny!

A large turn out in a chelmsford at Bond Street. I imagine it was a pretty wet and soggy slog for most of it though. Lots of careful cleaning will be done by the owners tomorrow I suspect!

Have they done Colchester yet?
If they head up to Lancaster's afterwards for Barolo & Parmesan based canapés they'll be driving past my house.....I'm sure the kids would be interested in seeing some moist Ferraris.

Seemed like a great turnout of both cars and spectators in Maldon. Every single one looked nice, if a bit soggy. Not many folk had their roof down. hehe

Loved the F12s and 458 Speciales, but an honourable mention for the chap with the 488 in what appeared to be Berlin taxi beige. Cool colour.

Well they did end up going past the house and my two girls had a ball waving at them.
Good to see them all out & about.

went to Maldon in the end.

we thought all the cars had passed through as the police outriders had disappeared and normal traffic resumed but then 5 mins later another 10-20 cars came through, not being local a lot of the drivers didn't know where to go so we had to direct them down market hill otherwise they were going straight down the high street to the prom, one slipped through and probably had to do a 9 point turn to resume the routelaugh

they sounded good in the narrow high street.

I was there in Chelmsford, was indeed a rather large turnout! Good to see an F50, never seen one before. Did they park up after Bond Street? I was told I had to follow the missus into John Lewis after they all drove past... mind you, the Ferrari Ray-Ban's they had out on show got me very tempted!

Drove straight through via New Street, Waterloo Lane & Bond Street and then onto Maldon.

After the stop at the vineyard, the police mistakenly thought all cars were out, which left a group of about 15 cars that got stuck behind in the normal traffic. Unfortunately by Colchester the time gap had widened to more like 10 minutes so many people missed the last cars.

Here's a handful of pics from the event. 250 GT SWB, 250 GT Pinifarina, 250 GTE, 365 2+2, F40, 246 Dino, and a couple of shots from an F50 engine bay which is quite something to behold. Three LAFs - two of them Apertas. Loads of more common stuff didn't make the cut! - about a dozen Speciales for example.
