Dent removal recommendations in Essex

My father's new Kuga ST Line (about two months old) has picked up a nasty parking dent, (has also taken the top coat off slightly).
He can touch in the slight mark but is looking for recommendations of someone that would be able to fix the dent. Chips Away wanted to drill in, pull the dent out and respray the whole door and feather it into the front wing. Not something you want to be doing on a virtually new car!
Has anyone any recommendations of good dent removal people in South Essex?
