Hi All,

Noticed the one of the GATSO cameras has been pulled down on the North Cray Road. Its hanging at a 45 degree angle when I drove past this morning.

Noticed on the way home a scamera van parked up with a mini GATSO about 30m before the destroyed camera.

Be careful!

Is this the one just before the Black Prince London-bound?

The two on the A20 near Queen Mary's Hospital have been put back as well (they'd even resurfaced the road and not painted the markers back in between cameras) - I wonder if they wait for them to be removed from the Road Angel database first - another scam methinks.

They have also replaced the camera that was burnt out down by the dutch house.

Unfortunately its easy to tell the one on the A2 near bexleyheath has returned because what used to be a freeflowing road has now turned into a wave of breaklights in the morning.

Yes, the difference to the traffic flow is really noticable

I think they've given up with the on in Kelvedon Hatch on the A128. I think it's been done 4 times now. Never lasts more than a week...

That said, it's in a 40MPH zone that you'd have to be a bit of a tt to go faster than that in (blind right turn with cars queuing just around the corner).

Can't believe I'm standing up for a speed camera!

The new one in Meopham A227 by the shops I see has gone. Wasnt there long (couple of months?) Appears that it came to its end by being "knocked" sideways. Now its just a stump in the ground.

The North Cray gatso was "accidentally" knocked over by a Council operative driving a gulley sweeper. Unbelievable but true. Plod now spends a lot of time in naerby layby zapping motorists as they come around the corner and approach the old camera position

This was replaced around 26th September. Come 26th October that one has been sawn off.

They haven't given up on this one, It's back up again. Last week it reappeared, There was a local councillor campaigning in the local rag the other week to get it reinstalled. The local transport people,SCP whatever you call them. Said they wasn't going to reinstall it, but was thinking of installing a speed activated sign instead. Well he got his wish rolleyes.
