Looking for workshop/unit space London/Kent borders

Bit of a long shot but looking for a small unit/workshop/space for private use (not business) to store and work on a single car.

Happy to consider a shared space, shared barn, etc etc

Based in Sidcup but would consider anything in SE London/Kent borders, out on A20/M20 or A2/M2 etc.

One of my mates used to rent a modern unit at a garden centre near Swanley.

I am also local to Swanley and looking at similar arrangements for car storage. How did you get on, costs etc? Thanks
