I drive a humble 'x' registration, Nissan 200sx Touring.

Had the car about two and a half years now and been a member of the SXOC regularly attending the Half way house meets (look forward to attending my first pistonheads meet soon and drooling over some different cars for a change!).

Its been fettled slightly with all servicing and modifications fitted by myself with the help of other sxoc members. My objective with the car was to keep the subtle/stock appearance but to improve response and torque throughout the rev range. As standard they ar a bit asthmatic due to restrictive intake/exhaust design and run fairly meek boost pressure of 10psi (limited to 7psi in 1/2/3 gears by ecu).

Spec list:

S15 Silvia Spec R (50% larger than standard) wing mounted intercooler.

Walbro fuel pump.

NGK Iridium 1 grade colder plugs.

Nismo S Tune Suspension system.

Plain Brembo discs front and rear + Project Mu street pads in the standard callipers (very good bite from cold and didnt fade on the decent of the Stelvio pass!).

Apexi cone filter with aluminium heat shield and cold air ducting.

Greddy Profec B electronic boost controller - now runs 15 psi boost pressure in all gears, 'fun' in wet as no traction control apart from the right foot!

DEFI BF series boost gauge and controller system.

Custom 'quiet and stock looking' Hayward and Scott exhaust system, 3" frontpipe cat deletion tapering to 2.5" from remainder of system - burble

17" wheels with 225/45/17 toyo proxies T1R's.

Horsham developments Stage 1 custom mapped ECU to provide correct fueling for 15psi boost pressure and more aggressive ignition timing for off boost performance.

Look forward to meeting you all soon

Adam
