Looking for a house to rent in Kent!

Evening all,

I'm looking for a house to rent in Kent for 6 months initially - ideally a year.

Perfect criteria:

- minimum 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite facilties
- double garage
- additional off-road parking for 2 cars
- ideally in a village around Maidstone, Canterbury or moving down towards Headcorn, Tenterden
- budget of up to 1,000 pcm

I've been scouring agents websites for the past two weeks and everytime I 'phone about a specific property it's always the same story 'oh, that one's already gone'! even though I'm bloody registered with them! Grr...
