Just put a holding deposit on a lovely (rented) flat in Buckhurst Hill (Queens Road)

The area looks really nice - lots of nice cars too! Any hints and tips on where to go and what to do in the area?

Cheers

Welcome, if you are in Queens road then you are very close to everything in Buckhurst Hill, if its eating out then you should go to---smart Rivabella in Chigwell-woodford bridge or the Bluebell in Chigwell, Nice Breakfast got to be Gladleys in Queens road, quick meal go to Unico near woodford station or the Carvery in Buckhurst Hill high road, always nice cars on a sunny Sat outside Blue mondays in Queens road.

Excellent - good eating out venues are fairly essential.

Hi - we're just down the road in Chingford - loads of nice restaurants and bars here, and in South Woodford too!
Buckhurst Hill's lovely - great choice!
Have fun!

My Gran lived in Buckhurst Hill.
I don't recall it rocking, but then she did die when I was about 14.
Tip Chain smoking is not the way forward, its a way under.

I'm over in Chingford too and concur with Tango2. just thought I would add there's a nice non-smoking pub/restaurant that does nice food up the road in Chigwell called the king's Head.

Hi
I live in Buckhurst hill, really nice place to live, you've got Epping forrest on your door step, some nice pubs at high beech, great food at the bald faced stag at the top of stag lane, there's connought waters to go for walks around and there's a good custom meet at frankie & bennys in Larkshall rd on the last friday eve of each month, should be starting up again in march hopefully.
