Went on Wednesday on a TopTable ( www.toptable.co.uk ) 50% off food deal.

General run down is :-

1) Dark. Very, as in actually stupidly dark. The candle is the only light really.
2) Food. Expensive for what it is. Mains £10 ish without rice etc. Quality is ok.
3) Drinks. Juice is about £2.50 and house white is £18 a bottle.
4) Music. They were playing different music in the entrance to the read of the place. A bit annoying.

To give you an idea, a mixed starter for 2 + 3 mains (one of those £7) + 2 rice + 4 soft drinks + 2 teas + service = £42.50 and that's with 50% off the total food bill. So would be more like £65.

I'd go again but only if they do another 50% off deal. Not worth it otherwise.

When you say whats it like do you mean the club or the restaurant???

The club is probably the best in Essex,its not cheap but you get what you pay for ie there is not a lot of chav in there because they can`t afford it...

You dont get a lot of agro in there either,the bar down stairs is good for a drink first as the club doesnt open until ten. There is also the members/vip only which you have to be a member to get entry to,this weekend will be a fany hot spot..........
