The Kent & Essex Spotted Thread!
Discussion
Yesterday, I was walking through Upminster on my way home from work and I heard what sounded like some American muscle coming from behind me at a fair rate. The car that went past was a blue/green Mercedes W123 (I think), which was a surprise as I'd just seen a Firebird on Station Road, so assumed it was that from the noise. Does anyone know anything about a W123 around the Upminster area that's fairly loud and sounds like an American V8 (for all I know it is running some form of LS conversion)?
New shape Range Rover on Broomfield Road in Chelmsford this morning - carrying a "12" prefix numberplate.
First one I've seen totally undisguised on the road - looked good (even in bright red) and a little smaller than I was expecting.
Presumably these aren't yet on sale so must've been a pre-production test.
