Do they have to tell the AA that their going out
Ha, it was really odd. Both cars were moving, and no need to send a truck if a van can fix it, and the non broken down car shouldn't be there! Also forgot I saw a Ferrari Portofino on the B186 this morning, and a new Vantage on the A13.

I had to have my TVR recovered on one of those trucks some years ago (conked out on the way to Silverstone for the 6-Hours). Had to wait an age for the recovery truck to turn up, chap said that there aren't many of them on the fleet (or weren't back then) so it's luck as to where one happens to be if you need it.
Saw my first new Defender 90 on the road today - silver one on Moulsham St in Chelmsford, looked great. Shortly afterwards & in quick succession on the A130: a green R32 Nissan Skyline, black Caterham and a red Ferrari 360. In SWF a little later & another Ferrari - black/blue 612 Scaglietti - sounded good.

Very odd - strange place to stop as well.

Yes, they like to have the good jobs and farm out the rest to contractors (as any of the clubs do)I had to have my TVR recovered on one of those trucks some years ago (conked out on the way to Silverstone for the 6-Hours). Saw a Defender 90 (with 110 in the same spec), in one of the estates on the side of the a127 last week, and another on a multicar outside Grange in Brentwood - which I missed but my dad saw.
Also forgot that I saw an F-Pace SVR on the M25/A127 junction yesterday afternoon, in that lovely blue.
Today, I followed a Flying Spur from latchingdon to danbury, then saw an Alfa 4C in Danbury, a Mulsanne on the back of a truck on the M11, and then this back in Brentwood.

Six mixed Ferrari's spotted by us on a normal(ish) Tuesday across Essex - not bad going.
Ferrari's now common? Certainly more so than they used to be??I saw a Silver/Grey 550 Maranello today on remebrance avenue in Colchester. I did an ooh and my wife said "what"
The 550 looked great, it's right up there on my relatively achievable dream cars list.

I saw a Moggy Minor convertible in Tillingham yesterday, and a DB9 Volante near Mayland.

First spot of a new shape BMW M3 on the road for me - late morning & a grey one in central Chelmsford.
Edited to add: red '93 Jag XJS at the Miami roundabout in Chelmsford, circa 17:20 today - don't think it was LH (?).

Saw two Maserati GranTurismos on my way in this morning, one on the A130 and one at the Halfway House.
