Dad's Day Out @ Dunsfold - 14 May

Hiya, a group of local PH'ers went last year and it was a fun day out.

Is anybody planning on going this year?

I'm defo going as I've been for the past two years. It's a great event and for a good cause. It would be good to get a group together for the journey there. I'll be in company with another 996 Turbo.

I'll definetly be going to this event- was aiming to be there early to park my car in the display area (8:30). I'd certainly be up for a drive up there with some other kent PH's if thats the time your aiming for?

Will do. Almost certainly the same arrangement as last year (what ever that was??).

BTW must be nice to be back in a Fezza again after such a long gap

Yes I'm also up for this one. Last year's was awesome, especially the convoy to Dunsfold. Could someone email me the details if planning to meet up and convoy down again please?

I'll be heading down probably with a small group of Ford RS cars as we have a display stand at Dunsfold........... not sorted out what we're doing about meet locations and times yet but would be good to tie up with some others for a convoy

Possible meet up places would be Birchanger Services at Jct8 of M11 or South Mimms services on M25 or maybe even Clackett Lane Services as from Essex there is not much in it to go either anti or clockwise round the M25 as last year we had a meet at Guilford Cathedral before the final leg into Dunsfold

Hi mate, no I didn't book it as I've always just turned up. Happy with that to be honest as it's always easy to leave when ever you want lol.

Really looking forward to this. I hope the weather holds out as it can get a bit windy there.

The more we can encourage to Clacketts the better............ get a nice rolling road block going on the M25

Right, I'm back,,just got off the phone with Ken

And us ol git's are going to the Halfway House A127,and will be leaving at 06.35am prompt,we will then get to clackett's at around 07.05am,possibly for a fag break for the respective other halfs,and then on to Dunsfold.

We dont need to be there as early as 7.30 as some are planning,so if any wish to join the convoy at the half Way House,please feel free to come ,bearing in mind 6.35 sharp we will be off.
