A331 closed yesterday

So as I avoid the M3/M25 junction at all costs these days until the rush hour has finished so I can avoid the inevitable backing up procedure on the M25 after I join at J12, I was on the A331 yesterday but it was closed at the Aldershot/Tongham junction - so I'm just wondering why?

If it was an accident I hope anyone involved is OK.

Yep an electricity or telephone pylon I believe.
