I too feel exactly like that. It was 2006 I had my VXR,. I have now got a new steed, it's been a long time.

Its been a long time coming. Bit scared as it is the largest financial outlay I have had for a while - but, I saved up some money and it's what I wanted. Mileage will be less than 5k a year, I just hope maintenance isn't too heavy,

Lovely, we nearly bought one this year but instead kept our 120d hatch and bought an MX5 Sport Recaro. If you're doing 5k a year maintenance will be very low cost.

I was filthy and bought second hand, no maintenance package. I did "have to buy" a 1 year warranty though which covers everything. 1 owner from new, private.

Great deal though, well priced, 1 year peace of mind, and a v nice colour combo. I think the 40's are already on their way to classicness - last of the 6 cylinders. This is a keeper.
