Anyone used Coles & Co body repairs?

Following on from my "Someone crashed into my car thread" I've (finally) managed to get hold of the insurance comapny and they tell me that Coles & Co are their nominated repair people. Anybody know of them?...

DON'T accept this as your only choice (though they could be v good for all I know!)

Insurance companies always seem to put across you have no choice, but the choice is yours as to where you take your pride and joy to be repaired.

Went through all this when the M3 got hit, they asked me to get 3 quotes and I refused telling them if it wasnt repaired by BMW it would have a negative effect on value.

BMW's bill was so scary they wrote it off.

I'd prefer it if that didn't happen actually... Anyway I dropped it off at 08:00 this morning so we'll see how we get on. Seems like a very professional set up.
