Car Dealer WARNING!!

All Beware!

I gave my car to a local trader on the A33 on a "sale or return" agreement, my car has now been sold and they refuse to pay on the basis of "financial difficulties"..
They continue trading and would be happy to take all your cars.
Don't be fooled like I have..

I would take legal action straight away if that is the case.

My solicitors are on the case, the frustrating things is that whilst they claim to have financian difficulties, last time I tried to chase them for the money, I was told the owner was away at his country house...

What a nightmare! I could have done without having to do that.

Can you not issue a winding up order against them... not sure of the technicalities, but usually gets results I understand.
