Was giving this some thought on the way to work, no idea on route to get over to the meet, but how about meeting somewhere around Egham, I've stolen the below from the Sunday Service meet - this seemed to work pretty well?

Meeting Place: Just off of Junc 13 at the Runnymede Hotel map.
