When my car needs a warranty fix I really really miss my Lexus and the Merc S-class!
BMW took nearly all day to phone me back and I have to wait nearly 2 weeks before they can lend me a car as they can't guarantee parts availability the same day... how sh1t is that service for a £70k+ car?! When my Lexus had an intermittent and fairly minor problem under warranty; I phoned them at 9am and by 11am the same day they collected the car and delivered a loaner in it's place!! The Merc had a battery problem under warranty - phoned my local dealer and they looked at it same day and I drove away in an E-class for 2 days whilst they fixed it.
And to cap it all, BMW want me to pay them to insure the loan car! That was a new one on me - not even Ford charge customers to use a loan car for fks sake!
It might have an 'M' button, but god forbid if it ever goes properly wrong!

I have similar issues with Land Rover. I bought the top of the range Range Rover Vogue, and had to pay BY THE MILE, for a "Courtesy Car" whilst they tried for two days (and failed by the way) to fix a fault under warranty.
I e-mailed the dealer principal on Friday morning, and am still waiting for a response.

Hmmmm something fishy is going on here... lets just say either someone on the net had one freaking lucky guess, or, someone on here knows more than they are letting on...
That comment was on there the first time I viewed the vid last night (honest!). I did point it out on here as I thought is was quite funny.I take it your wife is a nurse then?
