Tuning & turbocharging specialist garage?

I’m looking for a garage in the Surrey/London area that has basic fabrication facilities and preferably a rolling road that can setup the fuelling, specifically an Aquamist MF2 piggyback.
I would do it myself but the logistics of transporting the car from one place to another by trailer to get different bits done would be a pain, plus I hate wiring. I would rather its all done in one place for convenience.
I’ve collected all the major components I need for this proven build including a piggyback ECU, injector, turbo on a custom manifold and the FCD.
The fabricating work just involves welding an oil return pipe to the sump and modifying the front exhaust to bolt onto the side of the turbo.
Anybody know any such garages in the area?
