Hi Richard check out the other post on this forum, "regular sunday meet up"
Thanks G T 3. Sundays are normally tied up with family related things, but I saw that you're planning regular meetings at the Bird in Hand so I'll try and slip away one Sunday and join you there, otherwise I'll look out for any evening meets.JonRB said:
I did some work for the ill-fated Gizmondo a few years ago who were resident at Farnborough Business Park at the time. There was an F40 parked there a couple of times - beautiful car.
Gizmondo nearly cost me and my partners £465k as we were building a house for one of the investors when the st hit the fan and he ran out of cash! Was regularly in an SLR and I understand one of the main Directors had two Enzo's and an SLR. If you google 'Enzo crash LA' you will see what happened to one of them, cut in two in a crash.

I was similarly in a position where the collapse would have left my business with many unpiad invoices (not in the same league as your though - that's a major amount of money), but I'm legally prohibited from disclosing any details I'm afraid.

Damn, just found this post I would of been up for that as I am only in Winnersh, off to find the regular meet post.
Cheers,
Jon
Jon - I think I've seen you on the way to work a few times - you haven't spotted a yellow S3 (I'm pretty sure one of the times it had stickers all over it) have you? Would have been on the roads between bracknell / binfield and maidenhead...Cheers,
Jon
May well have been me, I normally get the train from Winnersh to Waterloo but a couple of times a month I do the nursery run to Binfield. You would hear me coming as its had a decat and sports exhaust done.
I have pistonhead stickers and smilies on the back.
Do you guys meet up often? If so where?
Cheers,
Jon
