Sump looks a bit low though
We'll have less of that!!!Usual offer applies - if i can do anything to help, just let me know.
BTW, Good to see you Friday evening, but I think i was just a little bit I am sorry to say that i got much worse before finally collapsing at home!
David - you didn't look that out of it, thanks for reminding me how much i like the food there, the takeaway was yummy
Thanks for the offer of help chaps, I just realised I probably should have put a bit more explination with that last pic. I took the sump off yesterday afternoon and laughed at the fact there was NO oil left at all. Sump is probably already fixed, James knows a good welding chap and he was going to do it first thing this morning.
So fingers crossed this on should actually be fixed quicker than the clutch pedal!

If you fancy helping me remove my inlet manifold and distributor at anytime, feel free!
Doesn't sound too tricky - why do you have to do that?I'm not sure how involving it is, but I've been told that its a good time to change the rocker cover gasket too. The Inlet manifold definatly needs to come off, as does the distributor to replace the rotor arm and drive gear but my only real concern with that is making sure the distributor doesn't get thrown back in a degree or 2 out otherwise the timing will be all over the place.
