WHOOPS just looking at Tuscan schedule that's race day... Silverstone up the road. I'm hoping to be there cheering along Andy (no.6). Presume a good few of you lot will also be there.

So.... based on that wild assumption, how about the Sunday before, the 11th ? (obvioulsy being a bit selfish here.. want to do both!)

11th is good for me too (as you can guess my social diary is somewhat lacking in fixtures)

Sadly me too Infact 11th is better for me as I'm likely to be drinking very heavily on the 17th!

Was about to say that wasn't fair - I'm supposed to be racing on the 11th at Mallory, but I've just looked and it is the 12th not the 11th so I will let you off! Guess the 11th is good for me too - just so long as I don't get completely wasted and can't get up the next day!

The Pub in Buckingham is the "White Swan" - top roads to their too (A413)

TVR lunch? Excluding the rest of us now?!!

crooked Billet at Kingswood (as mentioned) is or used to be quite nice.. just down the road from a very large bike shop!

But just to throw irons in the fire, top pub just off the A413 in Stewkly - Carpenters Arms.. mate of mine runs in, top beer, very good food also and nice surrounding roads, and esp decent corners - for those of us who can go round them at decent speeds! http://thecarps.users.btopenworld.com/

Has a quick reckie just now.. it's the Crooked Billet - friendly sort of pub / eater & has a decent car park too. Easy to find, just by Kingswood on the A41 near Waddesdon. What you lot reckon - sounds OK ?

Nice one Ed - sounds good to me

... Although I've just realised the 11th is Easter Sunday so I'll need to dodge any family pressures to be elsewhere.

I hope you got your car running again

Oh bloody hell should have checked. I'm lucky.. my bunch dont doesnt apply that sort pf pressure.. maybe they just realise I'm a lost cause when cars are involved. Is the 11th too tricky for everyone ?

Car running better than before. Nice new fat HT leads, and cooling system bled properly (better than my effort at it). Other night's gremlin was that in the dark I put the dizzy cap on wrong way round.. super job Ed

11th still OK for me - as long as i buy er indoors enough eggs to eat, she should be happy to have me out for the afternoon (or she may even come along!)

For those of you who fancy a run this Sunday (14th March) and are not too far away, check out the Leighton Buzzard run in events/meeting/travel -
