If there was a larger version of the G12 with a V8, more road friendly, etc. would you buy it--or think it was a Ford GT rip off?
What would you pay?
I have always thought the G12 had perfect proportions...

I am biased and I'm not in the market but would be interested eventually (the day will arrive) but not sure which V8 would be appropriate. A small light V8 would be great (Radical article) but I have a feeling your thinking pushrod small block. If it fits in and the dynamics were not hindered it would be great. The G12 really is a great looking car!

Money no object I would go with that Radical V8 but a super souped up duratec like that in the new Caterham would be fantastic too. Again with the right wallet you can do anything and that is what is so great with these English cars for the time being in the USA . . . which I am afraid will change in the next 10 years.

As a business concept I think it would be too risky because there are so many alternatives. The G12 and G4 should be able to sell themselves first before the V8. I am saddened some of the US Dare Ginetta sites have gone down. I do think there are a bunch of goofy white collar workers who buy Z4's that would prefer a Dare Ginetta (not all but some) . For goodness sake if Caterham dealers can make a go so should Dare Ginetta!
