Ford Focus - Possible engine issue

Tappets ? Don't know if these are shims or hydraulic ? But most older cars have a little tappet click with no ill effects.

Anyone had issues with a ford focus 1.0 eco engine, need's replacing when less than 34000miles on clock, 4 yrs old and fully serviced? Any advice welcome.
