So my ST3 is 10 months old and has just ticked over 10k and the drivers seat is wearing really badly..

Anyone else had similar? The bolsters are huge which I can appreciate but this looks poor to me.

I would speak to ford (you never know) but a mate of mine just got rid of his 64 plate ST and the bolsters were still in good nick other than some crease marks (expected really)

I would suggest you are catching it hard getting in and out (possibly with jeans that have Buckles/studs etc)

I'd be getting that into Ford, my 15 plate ST3 with 33k in the clock doesn't look like that.

When I traded in my ST3 last week it was 23 months old done 13000 miles and the drivers seat was perfect apart from some creasing on the side bolsters, which as said is only to be expected.
Your seat is definitely not right, it has to be able to stand up to reasonable wear and tear.
Take it into Ford and see what they say.

Thanks all.

I'll get in touch with them, I obviously wear jeans but the wear is no where near any pocket studs and there are no zips anywhere near it.

I can accept the bolster will crease etc but this is something peeling off so hopefully it'll get sorted. It's a lease (via Ford) so if they reject it as 'wear and tear' I'll make sure is in writing for when it goes back to them.

I'm on 58,000 miles and have no cracks, tears or marks like that!

I'm in Spain at the moment so I've mailed a few pictures to Ford UK Costumer Care.

It's pretty dissapointing to be honest.

Bit of an update.

Popped into the dealer this morning, chap looked at it and agreed it wasn't right so it's getting sorted under warranty.

Just got to wait for parts which I'm told will be a about a week.

Happy days, thought I'd have a battle on my hands to be honest!
