Fixing a boring Galaxy 2.0 TDCi!

Hi, hope someone here can help with finding a part for a 2.0 TDCI engine fitted to a 58 plate Galaxy. Not the most interesting of cars, I'm fixing it for a friend. It just happens she thinks I know about cars, and as I have a code reader...
Turns out the code (P0299 = raging boost leak) is probably being caused by a 2" split in what I would call the charge pipe - the rubber hose from the intercooler outlet at the bottom front of the engine bay, into the throttle body. I can find plenty of intercooler hoses and boost hoses but can't confirm any of them fit. I could do with a part number.
