I have a problem whereby my remote keys won’t work. I have changed the batteries, had an auto lock smith out, who has reprogrammed my keys, I have since
Learnt how to do this.
When the auto locksmith tested he said that the keys were intermittent taking to the Immobilizer. Therefore they would only work 2/10 times!
I have resorted to using the key to lock the car and open it, which is a pain as the kids open the doors before I get the key in the ignition and the alarm goes off!
The chip in the key fob has been changed and reprogrammed, which said worked fine for a period but has completely stopped now.
Is there a battery in the immobiliser? Or ha say one else had Thai problem and solved it.
