thought i'd try and kickstart the most important topic at the moment.
How the hell can we fix england flags(small or large)/ribbons to our motors?
especially with the roofs down for chimys and griffs
any ideas anyone?

You can get reg plates made up with England flags on. Apparently they are for "Show use only". Bloody Europe bullshit again...

put a small clamp on the boot lid (ala Marshy's Aerial!), take a short piece of thin fibreglassm tent pole stylee, add an england flag to the top of it et voila!

I thought I heard recently that it was OK to have an England flag on the plate because the Welsh and Scots wanted (or already had) their own versions and they had to make it fair for everyone.

I think the only legal one is a 'GB' euro plate. (Or is it 'UK'?)

Doesn't mean there aren't variations around - see lots of 'SCO' ones here. Don't see why you shouldn't have 'ENG' or something. Maybe just 'M25'
