those wheels make the car looks much younger, also a nice update, but euh...engine terminal? is it broken?

Rene sadly engine covered less than 1000 miles when it became clear we had a major problem. The original engine build washed his hands of any responsibility. however it became clear that he just wasn't very good at building engines. It was at the time we where introduced to Craig at DynoTorque who saved the day and rebuilt us a very good engine as he is a total professional. However we have moved happy days.

wow...thats a nice play-ground with lots of TVR biggrin
that Chimeara looks nice too.
That is Steve Wilsons Chimaera and it has an amazing paint job that is stunning up close. I am sure Steve will not mind me saying that car is used in all weathers and all year round a well used and abused TVR as all TVR's should be!

Thanks Wyn love your pic's I also once had a Tasmin very like D615 and if I had deeper pockets would still have it in the garage..

Thanks Gents for your kind responses.

I can honestly say it drives as good as it looks. I get the feeling Ian at Sportmotive enjoyed leaving the engine parts on display for all to see. For me I had to move and put that part of this development project behind me. Dealing with Craig as restored my faith and if I evey get Ian to build me another car then Craig will do the engine. However if I am honest I will NEVER build another car as I have finally got my dream car finished..

Angus, what exhaust set up are you running ie cats in or out, silencer boxes and tube size? would be interested as we had to incorperate silencing into the rear exit pipes to bring the noise levels down as ur limited for space under the car with the larger TKO box, hence i've ended up with some serious big bore pipes coming out the back, its not standard looking as i intended but growing on me more every day! Jury is out on this at the moment.

My Griffith uses the original 500 griffith exhaust from the centre to the tail pipes. Ian has designing the LS Conversion kits to use original 500 griffith parts where possible. The Manifold are designed so that Cats can be simply removed. I am delighted with the sound effect from the engine and I hope we will get the chance to exchange sound effects notes..
