weather is looking good for stelvio, I got to be honest i'm not that fussed about driving it. I prefer fast roads with long sweeping bends.

We sat in the restaurant by the ferry eating calzone and drinking italian beer not so long ago! Garda is absolutely stunning and there is a very nice road behind limone with a great cafe at the top, if griffithy's around he might be able to point you in the right direction. If you get the chance drive up the far side of stelvio as it is much more fun than the near side (east side i think).
We are crossing the stelvio to get to Davos, so not sure what side that is. I will be following the satnav

Stelvio sucks, tvr owners do not apply, first gear around most bends going up. The fluela pass is much better. I cant see the point in a road you cannot drive fast on. To fussy for a tvr with its not to good turning circle. It just stressed me out to be honest, better on the way down though. To be fair i knew it wouldn't be for me and should of took another route. Crap
