HarryW, was that your V8S I went past a couple of times (silver Griff up the inside)?
Probably (check my profile picture, does it look like the one getting smaller in your mirrors?), lost count of the Griff500's that went past, blue, green, silver, black...way too many for my liking. I don't remember you going past more than once on the same lap though , too busy making sure no 400's out dragged me

I did 5 runs in my 4.0 Chim (Black with Zertec lights), managed 125 at best. Was passed by a blue chim which I guess must have been a 4.0HC or 4.3...it ate me for breakfast over the second half of the runway.
If it was a standard 4.0 would the owner please let me know, since my car is obviously under powered !
Fab day all round and thanks to everyone involved.
It could have been Rob Ingleby who was out in a tidy blue HC Chim with his son.

There was a blue griff/chim (too busy looking the right way) behind me on 2 runs. Noticed the passenger had a camera. Was it anyone here? Red Wedge with attitude interested.
That was me, with EdT using the DV camera - we were behind you in the queue and then for the the first run. Didn't get too much good footage of you on that one, sorry. Interestingly the Ferrari 348 behind us became quite a small blob in the rear view mirror...!
Just spent a few hours with Ed trying to edit then compress the footage into something viewable on the web. Gave up in the end - Ed is going to use some superior hardware at work tomorrow...should be available soon...

You'll need Windows Media Player 7.x, and (may) have to have make sure ' options > player > enable automatic codec download ' is checked, as it uses a recent version of Microsoft's compression codec. If you suffer any connection problems or a connected at dial-up speed, then I suggest you right-click the Duxford link & select 'Save Target As...' AND as it's sitting on some free webspace the delivery is not always 100%.Anyhow, I'll leave you to wrestle with all the lovely Microsoft technology.
BTW the in-car shots are from Andy's 500 (Griff2be) - watch him being cut up by the Audi TT, then getting sweet sweet revenge....
Regards
Ed
