Would be great to see a bunch of TVRs on my home turf!

Shouldn't be too hard to get special treatment on Madeira Drive, the council are always keen to promote that kind of event. Wonder how soon it can be done? It would be nice to see later this summer, but how realistic is it?

One option might be to do something in conjunction with the speed trials (special parking/reduced entry fee maybe?) It's held on Saturday 14th September this year... anyone know who organises it?

What a fantastic idea, i live in west sussex, and canthink of no finer sight than a bunch of TIV's, cruising into brighton. Definately up for that..

Ive e.mailed Andy the area organiser for the east sussex region and im awaiting his reply, got to admit though the thought linking it with speed trials on the 14th of september does sound very appealing (lots more to do and see)rather than just park up and walk around.

If we cant get any offical support, how about just turn up and go from one of three locations 1.HYDE PARK 2.BATTERSEA PARK or 3.CRYSTAL PALACE. 14th sept sounds like a good date, any thoughts.....

Sept.13/14 is also TVR Tuscans and GT's at Thruxton... That said it sounds an excellent idea. A few points, it would need to be a Sunday and an early'ish start from Hyde Park (Serpentine car park maybe) I suspoect getting TVRCC involvement may help as I am sure the police would want to be pre-warned, I know its boring and all that, but they don't like un-approved convoys and coul dmake life difficult if they so chose. As has been said to tie in with some event on the sea-front would be great. Rich...

Missus and I did London to Brighton on bicycles and it took 6 hours!! Would love to do it again in the Cerbie and see if we can beat that time!! The Sunday (14th) would be fantastic. Count us in...

Just name a date and I'll be there! (the more notice the better, although 14th is good for me)

One point though - if you're planning to leave from central(ish) London, I will need to join a convoy from the outskirts as I 'm hopeless navigating London!

Ive still not heard from the east sussex area organiser,so i was thinking of an unoffical convoy down to brighton, maybe if we can get enough cars to go we can get some offical recognition for another run next year, for those who have difficulty in navigating london how about battersea park as the venue, its easy to find next to (chelsea bridge) and right on the south circular road, any thoughts.........

Yeah, let's do it! I'm sure Andy will respond at some point soon.

I would think with a month to go we should be able to get a reasonable turn out...

Sat 14th is the Brighton speed trials. If we want to finish in Madia Drive, as all Brighton run do, it will have to be a different date.
