I missed the boat on getting a deposit in for the new TVR last year. The FAQ does say that these are both refundable and re-sellable. Does anyone know what the mechanism is for this and whether anyone has actually sold one? If so (or not) where would I even look out for one being sold?!

Thanks!

I thought you could still place a deposit, although, obviously, many others will be in the queue first?

It looks like you can but there was a news article a while back saying all 250 had sold out? Even if not sold out that number would presumably mean years of wait if I applied now! Anyone have any better detail?

Deposits for the launch edition car due to close shortly. Deposits taken now are for deliveries in 2018. Think TVR has taken approx 300 deposits so far.

I would expect a large number of deposits to be refunded when it comes to the point of them converting to non-refundable. As such, I think anyone joining now will probably march up the list the week that happens.

And, if the car transpires to be a huge hit but not to your liking then you'll have a slot to sell on yourself.

OP, how about calling/emailing?

New site here http://tvr.co.uk/.

They are going to be at the Battersea Park motor show...might get more definitive answers from the people manning the stand?

Agree, having read a recent Danish article 'quoting' LE on the launch price if the LE I don't think the free extras are actually going to be free. I for one will think very hard about being asked for new Aston money for one.
