ACT Order problem

Hi all !

I buy some parts on ACT in march.

Nothing is arrived in more of 5 weeks.
I send a lot of email to ACT during the last 3 weeks.
But no answer from them.

Did you have some problem with ACT ? And how do you resolve it ?

Never had any problems, I usually phone an order and speak to Tim, always very helpful.
Give him a call I'm sure he'll straighten it out.

That doesn't sound like the usual service from Tim. Give him a call just in case the emails are not getting through. I have purchased many parts from ACT over the years, all have been very well made and Tim is always a pleasure to deal with.

Agree Tim is a nice chap and contacts you well after normal hours if necessary. They can take some time to make the items if not in stock. Best to phone as said above.

Not so gushing about the fit of Cerbera manifolds though.....frown

As always with a car that's 'individual' they can need a little fettling.

Tims brilliant - even contacted me once when he was on holiday to resolve an issue.

I post yesterday and I have an answer from Tim just 15 minutes after.
All is ok now.

I think, he doesn't received all my email.
