New TVR still under wraps!
Discussion
It would be interesting to know if it uses CanBus. This, IME, is the source of far too many electrical problems in late cars.
The (good) intention was to reduce bulk, weight and cost by using smaller cables that carried only low voltage switching signals, this all made necessary by the plethora of electrical equipment now considered 'essential'.
The (bad) reality is that a motor car is a harsh environment for micro wiring/connectors and it isn't long before moisture/heat cycles/dirt cause 'issues'.
As there are only a few gizmos, maybe (hopefully) they've managed to stick to full-fat wires carrying full-fat voltages.

Ok, last one, i'll stop spamming this forum with pics, i promise. Someone who knows what he's doing could achieve pretty good results with gimp or photoshop, i guess, but i'll leave it at that.
Edit: after three weeks are gone and looking at all pics available many times over, it has totally grown on me and everything i was concerned about has vanished, i just don't see it anymore. Front is cool, it's got character, rear rocks. Only thing i am not fond of is the rear wing, but no issue here as it is (presumably) retractable.
Purple ( looks a bit like a flip color here) :
Light metal yellow (with a touch of green):
Some darkish blue-black

I'm thinking Volcano Orange for mine - they had a panel on display at Goodwood with this colour, and I'm hoping it makes it to production. Les told me he thought it would.
I had a McLaren 12C in this colour and really miss it.
Otherwise, that blue looks good. Or silver, funnily enough - maybe silver with some light blue in it, like mclaren Ice Silver.
When do we think we'll be hearing something from the factory?

Conversely, I think that the design is dating more every time I look at it, a little like a discarded concept whose time has passed. There are some very old-fashioned details on this vehicle. It reminds me more and more in that regard of the Bristol Fighter (which is, incidentally, a car I fully intend to own one day), in being just a little "off" compared to the current market.
But - and this may matter more - it does look like a "proper" car from a "proper" manufacturer. In that, it reminds me of the 12C, which wasn't "all that" at launch, but had to look credible. The last time "normal" car buyers looked seriously at TVRs was with the S - which sold pretty damn well against things like MX5s and the like. Ever since, honestly, there's been clear water between where TVR were and what mainstream buyers expected.
This looks like something you could invest trust and money into. Even if that's all it looks like, that's a huge step for TVR.

Initially the 12C looked a bit funny and was lacking a bit of drama but crucially looked and drove and felt like a proper production vehicle.
If this car does well (which I hope it does) I'm sure further models will appear that look more wild and TVR will start to gain a 'brand identity' - something McLaren certainly has now and something TVR (to the unenlightened masses) currently does not have!
These are initial baby steps but I think things look very positive for TVR at the moment.

You obviously have great taste as that is the colour I would like, with gloss black wheels, not diamond cut. Then TVR sprayed in orange onto the grill!I had a McLaren 12C in this colour and really miss it.

Second choice would be the silver pearl or ice blue (crystal topaz)
Appreciate the comments, thx. Although i learned more about RGB, alpha-channels, hue, alpha and what not the results are still totally random. Also it depends very much on the background of source pic how good colors can be altered, pics from the live reveal result in a total fiasco. Also it tends to get pixly when you mess around too much.
So this is really the last one:
Loved the vulcan-orange idea, but i get no closer than this (should be very very cool in reality):
Another try at the Merc AMG SLS Green Hell green:
And finally some bonkers purple:
and some not so good blue, but blue is for, some unknown reason, hard to get right:
