Has anyone seen Harry Gravitt drawing of a revised front end.
TUSCAN like.
It looks the part if you ask me, instantly recognisable and dare I say it more racy looking.
Who, and why is he relevant?
Because any one who can give TVR a lift by redesigning the front end and then persuading TVR to use it is IMHO hugely relevant in TVR's revival.

Don't care whether that person is known, unknown , paid, or just some teenager off the internet.

Looks like some teenager off the internet has already been involved...

What do you reckon to his effort.
I quite like it and the TUSCAN front end is instantly recognisable.

The instagram pics didn't look like a Tuscan front end. Have you got a link?

Hmmm, there’s a thread going on Facebook
Tvr fun club Forum about it.
Link, I’m good with split links but not computer links ( sorry) frown

Like all things some will like it others won’t.

My problem with the new car not that it matters but simply from a picture it doesn’t look very Tvr like,,, this does.

It’s a young student having some fun and being brave enough to put it out there.
Good on him.

If this is it, he shouldn't be allowed in Wales, nevermind a TVR design studio.

That’s it but not the drawing I’ve seen which is far better than these.
It’s pretty clear the front end as it is is ste.
A laughing stock almost!
Top left looks similar to the rendering I’ve seen with headlights more like the top right. car coloured red with a bit more detail.
Also bonnet had a hump that looks more aggressive

Abuse within a few answers,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Perhaps you should come up with this rendering (that you brought up in the first place) then.
On the back of what you said I've simply gone off and found what this designer has posted up on his own social media.
My initial comments were a bit over the top perhaps, but then again you don't have a problem with calling the current front end 'ste'.

It's quite encouraging that students are redesigning cars for their college work, even more so that they've picked a car that isn't in production yet. Why not, how else do they learn.
It's no better and no worse than some of the efforts put on here.

Cool, bin looking for this one quite a while. I think it was part of a series they did with Goodwood as a run-up to the launch.

Though funny, no way in hell will it sound like this once street-legal. First, i don't think the mule has bank-divided exhausts ( sounds like it does not have any exhausts at all, tbh ) and it probably has no cats either.

What is Hybrid in the title of the vid supposed to mean ?

Hybrid -> Cerbera + Griff Cosworth Engine. Sounds like the microphone was inside the car!

Ah, that explains the Hybrid, thx. Yep, i knew both of them just lost the link to the vimeo one. The sound is also good in the official video from TVR.

I just think one shouldn't be lured by the mule-sounds too much. Sure, the engine is the same, but major parts of the sound are determined by the exhausts and the setup in the mule couldn't be much further from the Griff.

As i said, there was a facebook link on here to a meeting of some of the consortium members and they had 4 videos with decent sound on and it was not bad at all (unfortunately the link had to be taken down, but the vids are still up).
