..since when does making a car bigger make it more desirable...????
Oh dear spag, such naivety...Look at this cheap and cheerful runabout...
Why have that, when you can have this much bigger car...
I know if I had a few million in change, which one I would buy*
- mostly because I couldn't afford the less desirable one.

I wonder if GB8CH was invlolved in that design.
The article says it was done by David Martin, who went from TVR to Surface & Design.Monkeylegend said:
Have TVR given the update they promised before October in the last update yet along with the exciting news?
I might have missed it.
I think they said "no later than October", which technically includes October. Interestingly there is some financing deadline on October 1st tied to the Welsh Government loan. They need to secure additional funding until then. Guess the news has is somewhat related to that.I might have missed it.

Absolute nonsense! Creativity is the art form that delights those unaware of what they will desire in the future. The Griff may have been retro, however, it was exquisitely styled and stood out like a sore thumb in 1991. Plus, it's band for buck was unmatched. The Porsche Boxster etc dictated that the impact that the Griff had, wasn't/isn't going to be repeated. £100K greyness, seriously?
Bang for buck indeed. But we aren’t in that world today are we? Nip onto autotrader and look for a £100k car that isn’t monochrome and ubiquitous. Different world and different segment. And nor can you deny that the more extravagant the TVR the less it sold. The Sagaris tells you all you need to know about the higher tier purchases. It’s all there, clear as day in the history books. The company may be remembered for the most outlandish models but it was the least outlandish models that made the company. You can’t change history or facts however much you dream. GB8CH said:

Perceived value is greater if scale is increased. The Sagaris is about 15% too small imho. Especially in terms of length.I also think this issue with size is male oriented.
I don’t hear the same comments from our female friends (in actual fact I hear more the reverse)..
