Looks like the new car (and the Tuscan) is being added to Forza Horizon 4 soon...

Decent bit of marketing maybe? Will be cool to drive around Britain in the game at least..

My F-Type R was louder than my Sagaris or my Tuscan 2 even with the pipes on quiet. And the T2 had CCC cans.
Bet its not louder than my Sag wink

Here's an old fart's observation ....

Normally, when any soon-to-be-produced new car is being prepared, there will be dozens, if not scores of prototypes out there building up mileage, undergoing legislative tests, crash tests, emission tests, sorting out the handling, and so much more.

In this case, is there any evidence that there is more than one new-model TVR out there, has one ever been seen on the road, has anything approaching endurance running taken place, or even a check made to see if it leaks in a rainstorm ?

Because, if not, the single car everyone else seems to be raving about can surely be no more than a mock-up ? And has three years of static exhibition been a complete waste of time ?

If they are to stick to true TVR traditions, the development testing will be done by the customer.

....but if the development job is to be done properly by TVR, as opposed to 'the customer', it will take at least two years, if not more, for the entire process to be completed.

How many deposit owners, out there, have the patience to go waiting ?

The development testing will probably consist of sitting the car in a garage for 6 months under a car cover, and loading and unloading it onto/off of a trailer/ recovery truck several times.

I can see where you've made your mistake. You're confusing whatever "TVR" is with a real car company.

500 is only the first production run for the Griffith.

Think you'll find they need to produce 2,500+

One (full production model) would be a start!

How many development cars did the McLaren F1 have. a handful.
same with Mercedes McLaren SLR..
whilst Jaguar had several hundred I-paces out there. - TVR only need a handful, only one car needed for crash testing now, as so much has been modelled.

Got to the top of the Col de Tourmalet a couple of years ago. Passed about 30 bikes on the way up. Great cafe at the top, we were famished!

Course, our bikes were on the back of our motor home smile
