If lifting on all 4 though the arc of lift will be the same front and rear so will cause no issue.

I have not even had a problem just lifting the front tbh, just placed a wheel chock 6 inches back from the rear wheels so that it backs onto them at full lift.

Ill get a picture of it up on all 4 smile
A, I haven't said it was a problem. I am informing people that it happens.

B, You may have seen them and instantly known what would occur / happen. This is not true for everyone. For example someone may roll the car on to the ramps then jack up the other end before raising the ramps. Result, car falls off jack. Now given I've seen people search for fuel leaks using a lighter for illumination it doesn't hurt to point out what may be obvious to you to others who may not have such perception.

Other things to consider with the ramps are;

They are bloomin' heavy.

They have no 'intermediate' safety lockout.

Not that hard, just lower whatever corner you want onto an axle stand wink

All good points

The problem is that all ramps are a compromise in one way or another. These are the best I can get as I don't have a garage with power, only a rented one, otherwise I would love to have a 2 post.

These are handy for me as they are mobile and get a much higher lift than a trolley jack, plus I feel a lot safer under them than 4 axle stands.

Just wondered how those ramps are working out for you, quite fancy a pair and the sellers are not that far from me.

I've used them loads.

They have compromises / shortfalls but then again so do most things.

I've also just ordered a set of these which should compliment the [single pair] of ramps I have.

I've managed to lose the fluid out of one of these (bluish colour fluid) - anyone have any thoughts on what this was/ what to replace it with?
