Replacing the EPROM chip in the ECU.

How do I go about doing this and where is the best place to purchase one from?

Happy to send whole ECU off to a specialist if this is recomended.

So straight off the shelf in to the ECU with a quick reset of throttle bodies and adaptive?

Yep anyone can fit them with care, fitting right way around and not breaking any of the pins off. yes just reset thottles and check everything else is good.

TVR power do a chip at £180 and TVR parts the replacement chip for £54.

Do you think there will be any advantage going for the Powers chip on a standard 3.6 engine?

Have just checked tvrparts website, and the chip you need is priced @ £30 for 3.6 T350, thats a good price. If yours is a standard engine then there is no real gains to be had with the powers chip. Powers would have mapped chips for uprated engines tho, decat, 4.0L, 4.3L, 4.5L, sports exhaust and so on.
