Husky, we'll secured via her harness to the top chassis stubs. It's her third NC500 too. She gets more attention than the car

My dogs love to travel in the TVR - spaniel on the parcel shelf, border collie on the passenger seat. (Un)fortunately this leaves no space for she who hates travelling in the little noisy one.
The collie came with me on the first Thrills in the Hills.....got more attention than me or the car, so i know what you mean. Only problem with this is that he loves a swim.......and there was a lake at the lunch stop. Good job leather is waterproof. weeping

Very true, I have a large bath towel in the boot to throw over the seat and centre armrest while she gets in after frolicking in the water. I've also put a cover over the hood because mopping drool off the folded roof was nauseating

There's a fine line between dogs that drool and dogs that don't at about 30 kg bodyweight.......border collies are thankfully in the latter class.

My roof comes off in its entirety and goes in the boot - so I am either targa, or roofless, but there's nothing to get drooled upon, thankfully, because my spaniel's party trick is to have a big drink and then "come to see you", jowels dripping.....

I've been in that car. Going rather quickly round a racetrack with Mrs Bob at the wheel. biggrin

Wow, unrepentant, that's a name from our past. Mrs Bob says hi. We don't do track these days, noise restrictions, two full tanks of fuel and replacement tyres kills the fun. It's our holiday cruiser these days

You seem to be blessed with the same good weather we are having down in England. Decent weather always makes such road trips more enjoyable.

Applecross was sensational today, 20degC, almost clear roads, not a hint of wind. I can't imagine ever topping that

Thanks for the fantastic pictures Bob. Wish I was there.
I have driven that road, with its random Highland cows, three years ago and we both loved it.
The fish and chips at the Applecross Inn (booking essential) were a high point.

The beaches on the west coast of Scotland are special too

Apologies, just indulging myself after 3+ years restoration and finally sorting all the little bits.
