I've had my PX spun alloy cone filter for 17 years. Easy to clean and oil, lasts well, looks good, sounds nice, performs well.
They still sell this type of spun cone filter although not identical. Looks in good condition but I do wonder what a reasonable life would be for the interior foam. Mixed reviews of K&N in other applications.

Yep. Unfortunately all locked down as well.
Serviced mine recently, renewed a few parts and tucked her up.
Such beautiful weather as well........c’est la vie.
Having a TVR break at the moment but looking for an interesting project.....
You need it sometimes, after using my TVR's every day for the last 16 years I purchased a Jaguar XFR at Christmas, absolutely love the thing and I've not really driven the Cerbera or Chimaera since.Serviced mine recently, renewed a few parts and tucked her up.

They are tucked up in the garage until I get my enthusiasm back for them, which I'm sure I will as they are so far removed from most other cars on the road.
It's always good to take a break now and then and IMO the Porshe is a very good choice, you just need to remember which way round you parked it
