Great roads over here in Herefordshire and very few cameras. You could come across the cotswolds, Worcestershire, do the Herefordshire black and white trail, then off to Rhayader and west Wales, then head down Pembrokeshire and Tenby. Or head to Brecon, Llandovery, Carmarthen, then Tenby and up the Welsh coast.

I too have vague plans for a long weekend trip to Wales with two friends and our wives.......who all share the same Christian name and who, despite us three being good friends, have never actually met each other.

If we weren't TVR owners we wouldn't get a word in edgeways all weekend getmecoat

So any road recommendations and hotel/BnB recommendations will be well received ears

Hay on Wye, Brecon Beacons and Snowdonia have all come to mind, but some quieter roads would also be a good idea.

None near us, but North Wales they are very keen. I'd like to say I thoroughly enjoyed my speed awareness course last Friday courtesy of the North Wales boys in blue, but.......

very aware of the camera policy got caught by one entering a steep down hilled village a couple of years ago just after the private company had taken them over and there zero tolerance policy resulted in a fine for 31mph.

Snap! although mine were real Police.
Heading out to Anglesey back when the foot 'n mouth epidemic was in full flight, Wales was swarming with Ministry of Agriculture blokes in yellow jackets. Didn't realise these two were Police till too late irked

You could always join in the S Club Heaven tour of NE England 28 29 June and the car show on 1 July with about 900 classic cars. See the listing on the TVR S forum

Was thinking of a short trip to northern France in March with a couple of regulars. You're welcome to join us.

Nothing more definative that March at the moment.

I'm likely back off to the middle east at the end of Feb and I'm waiting to hear from one of the other contingent as to when they are back in the UK.

I'll email them tomorrow.
