I have no complaints! I live nearby, so I'm keen on another V.W meet It was great to meet so many PH'ers and put faces to the screen names. Maybe those who couldn't make it yesterday can make the next one !!

Would you believe that after my little indiscretion that I finally get the Tiv into the bodyshop so it can have its rhinoplasty and what do they give me?

A fcuking Vectra!

Steve,

There is a flat grass car park that my Noble can get in and out (with a little bit of care) without any problem, so others should be OK, that is right next to the Thames and just around from VW

Map is at www.streetmap.co.uk/newmap.srf?x=499795&y=172955&z=3&sv=499500,172500 and it's a National Trust car park so I get to park for free It's also pay per the hour, and so will allow people to come and go as they please for rides etc.

It's got space for at least 150+ cars, and normally only has 20/30 on it.

It's just off the Egham bypass and so pre-meet at Manu's would also be OK.

There are some other car parks around there - but this seems to offer the best *if* it hasn't rained for the week before and made it all muddy

Not a bad shout old boy....as it happens if it has been raining then the NT car park(with cafe) opposite is tarmac and so would probably suffice. There is a speed ramp on it but I don't think it is particularly high.High speed runs to and from as well.

We should make some formal representation to the National Trust given that we actually paid our £3.50 and didn't park on the A30 like many folks did. Must qualify for a volume discount?
