Agree Mr Sarney.

But for some reason Mr Bicycle Clips has an axe to grind.

Gents, let it go. He thrives on the attention, don't give it to him. He's had his 15 minutes of fame.

We don't want this thread locked.

Thought I would lighten the mood as there isn’t much to talk about.

Back on the subject of cars but nothing to do with this.

I saw Mike Brewer at the Ace Café last night filming part of a new series, something like dream rides and he was handing over this nice cerb to a guy.

Who ate all the pies, biggrin

I’m not sure it would be wise to post information about your business on a website to win an argument.

What will you do with the information?

I don’t run a business but no way I’d reply to your request or give you details about my employment or employer either.

Just stick to the watch thread old chap as self importance is seen as a virtue there.

Your calling others pompous on here has taken on a degree of hilarity from which you are unlikely to recover.

I like a pointless bicker as much as the next person, and it’s obviously not up to me what gets posted, but is this all turning a bit unsavoury?

It’s the TVR forum not the NPandE.

Can we stop the school playground bickering and bulllying? This thread is for filling the vacuum, speculating etc re the ‘new’ TVR. If you want a fight then take it offline?

Right, here’s a quiz. Well it’s not really a quiz. It’s just a question really. Only requires one answer.
So, you’ve got 90k in the bank (or not, doesn’t matter). All this hard earned was going to buy a shiny new TVR. Now it isn’t. So it’s still sitting there, doing nothing... here’s the thing, you HAVE to buy a car with it. One car. Doesn’t have to be new... what’s it gonna be fellas? We know what tvrolet went for... I know what my 90k (that I don’t have) will go on... c’mon, fess up smile

I’d get a Mclaren 12C and use the £15,000 change to help keep it running.

Either :
Mercedes AMG GT
or a McLaren (albeit the various models confuse the crap out of me).

Put in all the right criteria on Auto Trader. Coupe, manual, fastest accelerating, petrol et cetera et cetera and you wind up with Porsche 911's , Caymen GT4s, the odd Aston, Lotus Evoras and not a lot else.

Sad really.

My sensible head would go for a Porsche 911 Turbo.
