Not having a pop at anyone but shareholding/published figures/accounts etc who gives a flying wotsit. Simple fact is there's no car and no information (of any value) why.

I was as excited as everyone else about this, but to be honest, given what's happened over the last few years, if a car were to go into production now I for one would not be a customer. Sadly.

On that note I'd leave this thread and not bother reading or posting again. But there's some good banter going on so I'll stay biggrin Even if some of you are complete idiots and in some cases a bit retarded.
My sentiments entirely. Plus there’s newcomers like Puppy who thinks the world can all be explained by her oblique references to the Land Registry.
Christ on a bike; first (and most selfishly), you are wrong on my gender. But you knew that anyway and only used the incorrect pronoun to deliberately bait and irritate; which says way more about you than me in the fact you succeeded. Well done.

Secondly, the real context for the deliberately obtuse of comprehension is that significant real-estate transactions relating to the property the company and Welsh Govt have both declared to be the factory site have occurred immediately before over £3m of new share capital has been declared. Not according to me or any other on-looker; but according to the national legal definitive record keepers for both such dealings.

These events have happened right after (relatively speaking but realistically in the glacial terms of significant competitive procurement with state aid) an announcement of fitting out works being commissioned by a major regional contractor. Not your comment, admittedly, but anyone expecting that contractor to blithely update unknown strangers with progress reports in response to random enquiries is, frankly, childishly and hopelessly naïve.

And just to complete the exposure of your litany of patently erroneous supposition and wilfully ignorant blurting, I am hardly a newcomer to the TVR pages here, having joined in 2001 and run/broken/repaired/modified and broken again a (single) TVR since then - to the tune of over 150k miles worth of frustration and fun (in that order).

That's over 14 years more than you if your current account is any indication. Maybe it's not if you have had to re-join multiple times for being kicked off due to whatever personality disorder afflicts and compromises your ability to debate save as a plus 1 to the bullying herd of halfwits, as is perhaps indicated by your recent demeanour toward me .

Halfwits that is, that seem to imagine the decisions and actions of a privately owned company they appear to have no stake in whatsoever is fair game to criticise from a perspective of absolutely no factual knowledge apart from that they have neither the locus to be privy to decisions, nor the nous or knowledge to access and interpret available public information.

So, any new TVR that those bearing your oh-so informed scrutiny and criticism might produce may not appeal for all the subjective reasons rehearsed ad nauseam in this and the previous volume of this thread? Fine; don't participate if/when one becomes available. But why on Earth do you feel the need to carp and bh about perceived lack of progress when it plainly doesn't engage you?

Mate, you couldn't twist wire the shape you give the impression of being in. Get help.

I enjoyed it. I thought it was well written and had some good put downs.

Unfortunately you suggest a couple of times that the people your post is aimed at annoy you a bit, which is just gold dust to people taking the piss. hehe

Re the nose: Would’ve been a deal breaker for me, being a man of wealth and good taste, known for making the right choices, and often seen around town with a beautiful woman on my arm, it would’ve irreparably damaged my otherwise envious reputation. Certainly not the kind of thing one would take to Waitrose.

So we have gender issues, believing greater years on PH gives higher rank, having ‘had a TVR‘ gives greater insight plus enough other bizarre references to complete the PH Psychiatrists Adventure Playground.

Ad Hominem chap, it’ll suit you better.

Have to agree that it's a weird and pointless drag-race but as I have a trackhawk* and of course the 450SE I could at least do something just as pointless smile

Reading that diatribe made my teeth itch. Jarring use of language and punctuation, incoherent and stilted syntax and over populated with poor grammar and unnecessary wordiness... but my favourite part was this comment.

That’s deliberate. The chaotic structure of the prose is supposed to represent the troubled nature of the new TVR project.

The end of the text ends like the rebirth of TVR, with some amusement but also a sense of disappointment.
