It will pass the SVA wink all they need now is a factory with a roof , production line and a skilled work force and more importantly lots of money...

And a shed load of development, sacrificing a couple more cars!

At the stage the project is at right now, its over 12 months from customer cars rolling off the line at least from now. Anything sooner and the customer is a guinea pig.

Any deposit holders requesting a refund, to my knowledge have been....

If any haven't, they certainly wouldn't speak up for fear of losing them entirely.

I'm pretty sure you'd have heard about it by now.

Been advised that the new car has been taxed after passing the SVA. The update 'competition' was to guess the first 2 letters of the registration number from **69 TVR. I tried LE69 TVR but not showing on government car tax checker.
Anyone know the full reg?

It's been registered as UK 69 TVR, do I get a prize? Beaten by 1 minute!

An overly whimsical, pacifying update and the appearance of the car at every event within an hour of their base incoming....

This is only what they should have done two and a bit years ago. If anything it reinforces the lack of progress and seemingly inept approach.

It amazes me they did not do this as soon as the car was complete. Driving it to shows and events would have done wonders for the brand marketing. Even their Facebook page has not been updated since September and you'd think they would shout this news from the rooftops.

Or LE is keen to have the only one built road legal for his own personal use.

U isn't used. Neither is J or T:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vehicle_registration...

But I expect the one they got could be bought from DVLA but requesting the TVR ending would have cost a bit. UK69 TUR is £399 for example, and UK11 TUR is £799; but UK11 TVR is £999.

Manufactured 2019!! Ummmm

I guess the numberplate might be made in 2019, but the car was made in 2017.

I don’t have a deposit on the car, but would really like to see this incarnation of TVR work. Is there any information, as the website is static.

It is common for registration to be the year following manufacture - over 2 years is more unusual.
