Is the electric rear spoiler now gone? Not sure of those lines are a boot lid or spoiler.

Don't see the point of blanking the reg, there's only the one, the reg is now pretty well known, its not exactly in danger of being cloned is it?

Wouldn’t you have thought there would be a regular update on the website?
Photos of the factory?
Artists impression?
Update on the testing?
For getting on for 2 years there’s been nowt, and the ‘secret’ updates are bizarre. Its no way to carry on.

They just don’t get it, and think a sticker on a LM car and a number plate is enough.
There are photos of the factory on this thread/previous one and online, but it's not photogenic! I don't think you can blame then for not featuring it. It's just a derelict, ugly, old industrial building. As for an artists impression - it's going to be a car factory, not a celebrity's new mansion in Beverly Hills and it doesn't really matter what the factory looks like, it's what the car is like that counts. Did you ever see Bristol Avenue? Have you ever been to Maranello to the Ferrari factory, or Sant'Agata to the Lamborghini factory? They are all ugly factories.

As for an update on the testing, that's easy: there hasn't been any!

As for N7GTX's comments about Jones and Facebook and emailing them. Please, be realistic. They are not going to give details of what amounts to a government contract (Welsh Assembly) to a member of the public, anymore than the builder working on your extension at home is going to reply to an email from me, asking about it. It's called client confidentiality. If they do publicise their work on Facebook, then it will be projects that they are actually working on, not ones that haven't actually commenced.

There were a couple of 'impressions' for the front and reception parts in the March 2019 update but I agree with your points about why anyone would care about what the factory will look like. I've certainly never worried about any factory that any of my previous cars have come from (and particularly my TVRs in the past!)

I haven’t worried either. I had no reason for concern. Cars were being produced and so there was no reason to consider the roof, the tools, the staffing, the readiness etc

And putting a plate on a prototype so the owners can piss about in it is hardly concrete progress in itself

Here you go again, you just can't help yourself. Did you see my email? Oh no, you didn't. So you have no idea what I wrote. Did I ask for details? - No. Did I ask them to break client confidentiality? - No. So give it a rest.

That's an interesting point there Pushfit, I'm wondering if the 'owner' is newco or an individual... and who the registered keeper is scratchchin

I post in very few threads on PH. Just noticed this one.

I can't comment about the deposit holder updates as I am not party to them.

I can understand a desire to give certain information from those with cash in the business, but I cant understand saying nothing to everyone else. They say "no news is good news" but it's not good marketing!

I'd rather be wrong and have Les phone me up and put me right, but it doesn't look good to me.
Nice mention of the Bird In Hand Wreningham - Pistonheads East Anglia meet location thumbup and virtually my local smile

I don't need to have seen your email to comment! You're not a party to the contract, you're not a journalist, it has nothing to do with you. The mere fact that you emailed a 3rd party builder is plain weird. They read your email and ignored you. Those actions speak volumes about what they thought about your interference/prying!
